New York City & Buffalo, NY:
Co-founder of the Center for Fair Futures, an organization committed to helping system involved youth see success in their life. Led the efforts in developing the coaching model and created the first-ever coach certification program for non-profit professionals working with system-involved youth. Provide leadership coaching to leaders at NYC's foster care and juvenile justice agencies. Serve as a lead strategic advisor helping to scale the Fair Futures model to all of NYC's foster care and juvenile justice agencies. Design and deliver workshops in areas that include coaching best practices, effective leadership, improving performance, boosting staff morale and strengthening program culture.
New York City:
Created the Emerging Leaders Fellowship Program. The fellowship helps support young adults who have experienced the foster care system thrive in the workplace, develop important professional skills that can lead to greater earning potential, build a network of peers and feel empowered to control their path towards success in their chosen career.
Tampa, Florida:
Provide professional development support to Youth Success Coaches and leadership staff at Camelot Community Care. Focused on implementation best practices, creating shared program language, the foundations of powerful coaching, how to lead with purpose and the 4P's of effective program implementation.
